Don’t See Your Broker in the List? Use Any Broker (AI)
If your platform isn’t listed, upload a CSV/Excel export. Our AI-assisted mapping automatically standardizes your file into the right trade fields, so you can import cleanly without manual column mapping.

The Universal Import Engine
If you search our directory and cannot find your specific platform, simply click the Any Broker (AI) card highlighted above.
- Format-Agnostic Mapping: We suggest matches for common columns (price, time, quantity, fees) and map them to a standardized trade schema. Review before import.
- Upload As-Is (Often): In many cases, CSV/Excel exports work without renaming columns or using a template.
- Normalized Reporting: Once imported, trades appear consistently across accounts for metrics and filtering.
Visualize Your Edge: From Raw Data to Charts
Importing data is useless if it doesn't lead to insight. As soon as your broker is connected, TradeBB's dashboard lights up.

Key Metrics (Automated)
Your raw executions are instantly converted into the metrics professional traders rely on:
- Total Net P&L: We don't just show gross profit. Our engine subtracts parsed Commission,Swap, and Tax fields to show your actual take-home performance.
- Profit Factor: See your efficiency at a glance. A Profit Factor above 1.5 indicates a robust strategy; below 1.0 means you are bleeding edge.
- Equity Curve: Visualized in the center of the dashboard, this line graph tracks the trajectory of your account balance, helping you spot drawdowns early.
- Win Rate by Time of Day: (Bottom right of dashboard) Stop trading during your "dead zones." See exactly which hours generate losses.
Notes, Tags & Strategy (Optional)
After import, add notes, tags (e.g., “FOMO”), a strategy name, and a trade rating to analyze results by behavior and setup—not just by symbol.

Document Your Process
Once your data is imported, click into any trade to add context:
- Tag Your Mistakes: Was this a "FOMO" entry? Did you have a "Missed Exit"? Tag it. Later, you can filter your PnL by these tags to calculate the dollar cost of your bad habits.
- Rate Your Execution: Use the Trade Rating (1-5 stars) to grade your discipline, independent of the PnL result. A losing trade can still be a 5-star execution if you followed your rules.
- Strategy Tracking: Assign a Strategy Name (e.g., "Range Trading") to every trade. Discover which setup actually pays the bills.
How TradeBB Normalizes Multi-Broker Data
Import is only step one. TradeBB standardizes messy broker exports so your reporting is consistent across accounts.
True Cost Tracking
Net P&L reflects real costs when your export provides them—commission, fees, financing, and other line items—so results are easier to audit.
Short Selling Logic
We interpret buy/sell sequences to correctly classify shorts vs. long trades (e.g., a “Buy” can be a cover). This reduces manual tagging for common workflows.
Multi-Currency Reporting
TradeBB keeps trades in their native currency and can convert P&L to your reporting currency using historical FX rates (based on data availability), so you can view a unified equity curve.
Security & Permissions
TradeBB is built for analysis and journaling. Where broker connections are available, we use read-only access. File uploads are encrypted.
FAQ
What should I look for in the best trading journal software for integrations?
Adaptability. Most journals require you to use only their "Supported Brokers." Start with a checklist: import options (API + CSV), field mapping control, tagging, and a review workflow. TradeBB’s Any Broker (AI) is designed to handle many CSV exports—even when a broker isn’t on the supported list.
How does an automated trading journal handle commissions?
TradeBB parses the actual commission columns (like Comm or Fee) from your broker's file. We don't rely on generic estimates. This ensures your Net PnL is accurate based on the commission/fee fields available in your export, which is critical for high-volume traders.
Can I track multiple accounts in this online trading journal?
Yes. You can connect a Webull account for stocks and a MetaTrader account for forex simultaneously. Our engine normalizes disparate data (e.g., "Lots" vs. "Shares") into a single, unified format, allowing you to view a combined "Master Portfolio."
Is the AI Import accurate for any file type?
The AI is trained on thousands of broker formats. It intelligently maps columns like Fill Price or Exec Price to the correct fields.
Is my data secure?
Still can't find your broker?
You can request a new integration or use our AI Import.
